Food is extremely overpriced, but very good. If you have little kids just get them a plate to share. Not worth purchasing two. But Great food. Be prepared to spend at least $100 on food. Beautiful scenery.
Deep fried steak, baked potatoe, beans and salad bar offering with dessert. Great place to meet people from other states. Friendly service. Need to take in the musical after eating. Great time, great people, great place
This is all about the experience, if you want a steak picnic on the ND prairie, you will love this. If you are expecting a gourmet steak dinner, go elsewhere. (Steak was good, rest was kinda blah) It pairs well with the Musical show they do along with it.
Fantastic view, staff very friendly and food was delicious. I recommend getting there at 5 for line up starts at 5:15 and boy is the line long. But we'll worth the wait. So much to see if you do decide to go early.
What a meal! Crispy fried steak, baked beans, garlic bread, coleslaw, baked potato with butter and sour cream with chives, fresh melon, raw carrots, broccoli and cauliflower, ranch dressing, lemonade, brownies, cinnamon sugar donuts, and coffee. Everything was delicious (the steak was advertised as "medium" but it was a little well-done in places, especially around where the pitchfork was, but I think it's hard to avoid with the method of cooking and it was still really delicious... That crispy outside!). The view was great, the music was perfect, the volunteers were friendly. Wonderful experience!
